George Street Normal School is well resourced to meet the needs of a modern education.

Our facilities include:

• 20 bright spacious classrooms
• 10 smaller group teaching spaces
• a classroom kitchen (opened 2009)
• a learning enrichment centre
• a parent centre that is being developed to include a library, resources and meeting space
• a well stocked library with over 7,000 books
• a large modern school hall (remodelled in 2008)
• meeting rooms and offices for RTLB, LST and Speech Therapists
• a Laptop pod, 50 classroom computers and a growing number of interactive whiteboards
• 6 different outdoor areas of play with age appropriate equipment
