Tennis is offered at George Street Normal School for students in Years 4-6.
Tennis is played on Monday afternoons. Two sessions are available - we will be advised after registrations which block we will be in (3:34pm - 4:30 OR 4:30 - 5:15pm)
Venue: Stevenson Tennis Centre (Logan Park Tennis Centre)
Start date: Monday 12th February (for 6 weeks)
End date: Monday 18th March
Please note:
Equipment/Tennis Balls: Otago Tennis will provide tennis balls for all matches on the day. They also have tennis rackets available to borrow if any players require one.
The cost per player is $40.
Parents will need to take responsibility for transporting their child to and from the courts each week.
CANCELLATIONS: If the day’s play is cancelled, Tennis Otago will notify schools by no later than 1pm on the Monday in question. The School will then be responsible for communicating this to players. All cancellations will also be posted on the Tennis Otago Website and can be checked by all players/parents: http://www.tennisotago.org/
