Tennis Term 4 2024 - registrations close Friday 20th September at 6pm Link to registration .
Tennis is offered for students in Years 4-6.
Tennis is played on Monday afternoons in 1 of the following blocks
(Block 1) 3:45 - 4:30pm
(Block 2) 4:30 - 5:15pm
(Block 3) 5:15 – 6:00pm
(Block 4) 6:00 – 6:45pm.
We will be advised when our session is once registrations are closed.
Venue: Stevenson Tennis Centre (Logan Park Tennis Centre)
Start date: Monday October 21st (for 6 weeks). No play on October 28th due to Labour Day public holiday
End date: Monday 2nd December
Equipment/Tennis Balls: Otago Tennis will provide tennis balls for all matches on the day. They also have tennis rackets available to borrow if any players require one.
The cost per player is $60.
Parents will need to take responsibility for transporting their child to and from the courts each week. Plus we need to have one parent onsite each Monday to help supervise the students.
CANCELLATIONS: If the day’s play is cancelled, Tennis Otago will notify schools by no later than 2pm on the Monday in question. The School will then be responsible for communicating this to players. All cancellations will also be posted on the Tennis Otago Website and can be checked by all players/parents: http://www.tennisotago.org/
