Police Vetting Forms

If you are intending to volunteer in our school for outdoor activities such as camp, swimming, year 5 adventure week etc. we require you to be police checked.  This needs to be done in advance as sometimes it can take weeks before they are cleared.  To do this you need to:

1.  Download and complete the forms below

2.  Bring in two forms of identification to the office - we need to view this in person (e.g. passport / drivers licence)
