My strength is no that of an individual but that of the collective.

When we work together as a collective, we need to be mindful of others. We need tho consider the way we speak to and about each other, the way we respond to each other and the way we work together. This often means putting aside our own agendas and wants and putting other people first. It also means treating people the way we would like to be treated.
